Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during times of rapid change and growth. Annmarie was an influential thought leader in translating enterprise-wide objectives and strategic plans into strategies for business and employee engagement. She's passionate about education and sees developing team and leadership as the ultimate competitive advantage. Experience working in Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled her create environments which foster learning and creativity which positively affect teams as well as individuals. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to devote her talents and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she currently provides support to a number of non-profit organizations in her free time. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to help women develop as leaders. Additionally, she provides education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
