Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. After only one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had to spend the time off from the stage after she received her Pro card to complete the college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel completed her first six years in contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. They placed her third at the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm on a pull-up machine and sitting rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she does.
