Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is an American model, songwriter, singer and actress. Her most well-known role is as Jenny Humphrey, the star on the show on CW called Gossip Girl. Momsen's music is featured in television and film shows such as How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister named Sloane Momsen. She studied dance at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. When she was just three, she performed professionally in the Shake 'n Bake commercial on national television in 1997. Momsen's acting profession was put on hold for three years, until she was cast in the lead role in the film Misconceptions. Momsen played a role in Saving Shiloh in 2006 at the time. In addition, she was one of the three top contenders for Hannah Montana's main role. But, Miley Cyrus was awarded the role.
