Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American writer and actress, best known for portraying Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in 1960s. Her stage career began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. In the 1950s she performed as a stage actor in several Broadway plays before breaking through to national prominence with Li'l Abner's debut in 1957. In the same year, she released Her first album of songs, called It's time for Tina. Louise made her debut in Hollywood with God's Little Acre which was a dramatic which was made in 1958. She performed the role of Griselda, a character in the film. When she was an undergraduate in Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. In 1964, she signed to CBS and played Ginger Grant. Louise had a long and successful career balancing Broadway television with Hollywood as well as portraying a more serious rather than the glamour doll image she was perceived. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and in the role of Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although over the past few years, she has also made her name as an accomplished director on numerous well-known TV shows like Supernatural as well as The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex on August 28, 1965. Her family later moved to Toronto to spend her youth. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997, and was there ever from then on.
