Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is writer of many well-known American cookery books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network, which is on since 2002. Ina began her career in with nuclear energy policy and budgets to the White House. In the beginning, she found her work to be intellectually stimulating, however she soon lost interest, and opened a grocery store that was named Barefoot Contessa. It took her nearly 18 years to make her shop extremely successful before she closed the store. She then began to write her first cookbook. A number of other books and newspaper articles were published. Meanwhile her Food Network television show too began its run and was a huge success. Her products range from kitchen equipment to ingredients and storage containers. Ina she is a self-taught cook and has not attended the culinary institute or at the hotel. Ina is well-known for her unpretentious way of entertaining and easy food preparation. The most well-known recipes she has created are Skillet-Roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
