Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American designer and author who has been awarded numerous prizes for her works. She has been a vocal advocate for human rights for animals. The actress has won praise for films like Love Story (from 1970), Goodbye Columbus, (1969) and The Getaway, (1972). The daughter of an artistic family in New York she wished to be a part of the art. In the beginning, she worked as a photographer's assistant. In the future she shifted her focus to modeling and directing. She was awarded her the Golden Globe Award in 1990 as an aspiring young actress. MacGraw quickly became famous in the year 1970 following her hit movie Love Story. She was nominated for the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. After only three movies, MacGraw was declared as the top female performer at the box office in history. The Grauman's Chinese Theater engraved her autograph as well as foot prints, hand prints, and footprints in the year 1972. Alongside The Getaway Convoy Players she also starred in the television series The Winds of War. Moving Pictures is her autobiography which was published in the year 1991. MacGraw was married three times.
